Holiday Party RSVP’s are due by 12/1/09. See the invitation for your convenience.
West Fork Library Tree Decorating Times are still available – please e-mail or call Cami Grimm. The list wiill be turned in to the library on 12/1/09.
Our Annual Review of Leaders/Volunteers Recognition Sheets are due by our December meeting or fill out above an e-mail back to Cami. Weve got a good amount this year already done and will turn over to Becky in bulk at the December party.
Don’t forget organizing your troop donations for the SON Ministries holiday service project to be brought to December holiday party. Drop off anytime that night.
Troops owe .50 cents per scout in the form of a check made out to Girl Scout S.U. 464 to help pay for costs of the Men’s Home Project some 7th grade troops are doing. Checks go to Cami Grimm for deposit to issue them a check for this event. Also, troops that can do paper red/green chains to help decorate the tree can be brought in December as well.
Don’t forget during the holidays to collect your pop tabs and throughout the rest of the season to bring to each leader meeting. This is a way we help the Ronald McDonald House each year for over 15+ years.
Cookie Packets have been available at Anita Schlarmann’s house, please coordinate with troop cookie moms to ensure they can get to Anita’s house or you can pick up for them if you haven’t done so already.
The Family Tubing event has been set for Monday, December 28, 2-4 pm. Girls can earn a patch! Reservations and waivers need to be to Trina Caudill by December 26th. See flyer for more information.
SU Leaders' Meeting, Wednesday, January 13, 7:30!!!
Our next monthly Service Unit Leaders meeting is set for Wednesday, January 13th at 7:30pm at MONFORT HEIGHTS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. We now enter through the new building off the parking lot and follow this straight in to our Fellowship Hall where will meet the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm as always. Thanks to everyone for your patience in meeting last year at Monfort Heights Elementary during this construction transition.
